【摘要】：面對我國現(xiàn)代人格發(fā)展的復(fù)雜問題,從現(xiàn)代法文化角度予以洞見:現(xiàn)代人格在完整的邏輯層面不僅是平等的人格倫理原則的宣示,而且是法律面前人人平等的制度定位;是平等、民主、自由、法治、人權(quán)等一系列現(xiàn)代意識和文化精神的自覺和實踐;甚至是一種以平等為坐標(biāo)的現(xiàn)代法治工程和歷史運動。但在實踐層面的近百年中國現(xiàn)代史進程中,經(jīng)歷了文化啟蒙、政治革命、經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、道德理想提升等人格發(fā)展歷史路徑。這種歷史和邏輯產(chǎn)生若即若離的現(xiàn)象令人思索。今天,在以人為本的科學(xué)發(fā)展觀指導(dǎo)下,現(xiàn)代法治運動是我國現(xiàn)代人格發(fā)展的根本路徑選擇。
[Abstract]:In the face of the complex problems of the development of modern personality in our country, this paper gives an insight from the perspective of modern legal culture: modern personality is not only the declaration of equal ethical principles of personality, but also the institutional orientation of equality before the law, which is the consciousness and practice of a series of modern consciousness and cultural spirit, such as equality, democracy, freedom, rule of law, human rights and so on. It is even a kind of modern rule of law project and historical movement with equality as the coordinate. However, in the process of modern Chinese history in the past hundred years, it has experienced the historical paths of personality development, such as cultural enlightenment, political revolution, economic development, moral ideal promotion and so on. This historical and logical phenomenon is thought-provoking. Today, under the guidance of the people-oriented scientific concept of development, the modern rule of law movement is the fundamental path choice for the development of modern personality in our country.
