【摘要】：法治文化建設(shè)的科學(xué)內(nèi)涵是在形成完善的法律體系、文明的法律機(jī)構(gòu)、素質(zhì)優(yōu)良的法律隊(duì)伍基礎(chǔ)上以文化人的過程。本文分析了我國法治文化建設(shè)的時(shí)代價(jià)值和困境,論述了加快我國法治文化建設(shè)發(fā)展的對(duì)策舉措:即把法治教育納入國民教育體系,把領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部作為樹立法治意識(shí)的關(guān)鍵,加強(qiáng)新媒體新技術(shù)在普法中的運(yùn)用,完善守法誠信和違法失信獎(jiǎng)懲機(jī)制,營造全社會(huì)學(xué)法尊法守法用法的良好氛圍等。
[Abstract]:The scientific connotation of the construction of culture ruled by law is the process of cultural people on the basis of forming a perfect legal system, civilized legal institutions and excellent quality legal team. This paper analyzes the value and predicament of the construction of the culture ruled by law in our country, and discusses the countermeasures to speed up the development of the culture construction of the rule of law in our country: to bring the education of the rule of law into the national education system and to regard the leading cadres as the key to establish the consciousness of the rule of law. We should strengthen the application of new media and new technology in popularizing the law, perfect the mechanism of rewards and punishments for abiding by the law and breaking the law, and create a good atmosphere for the whole society to learn the law and respect the law and abide by the law.
