日本農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化法律政策及啟示

【摘要】：為系統(tǒng)了解日本農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化的發(fā)展路徑及具體制度,并為我國農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化的模式選擇和制度完善提供借鑒,以日本農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化的演變?yōu)橹骶�,研究了日本政府根據(jù)不同時(shí)期的需要對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)政策、財(cái)政金融扶持政策、農(nóng)村建設(shè)政策進(jìn)行適時(shí)的調(diào)整,從而使其農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化政策適應(yīng)日本農(nóng)村、農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的需要。我國應(yīng)該對(duì)日本的農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化法律政策進(jìn)行選擇性借鑒,在政府的鼓勵(lì)、支持、引導(dǎo)下,根據(jù)我國國情,努力健全農(nóng)業(yè)法律體系、財(cái)政金融扶持制度、多元化的農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)推廣體系并努力促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)規(guī)模化經(jīng)營。
[Abstract]:In order to systematically understand the development path and specific system of Japanese agricultural industrialization, and to provide reference for the mode selection and system improvement of our country's agricultural industrialization, the main line is the evolution of Japanese agricultural industrialization, According to the needs of different periods, the Japanese government makes timely adjustments to the agricultural structure policy, financial support policy and rural construction policy, so as to adapt its agricultural industrialization policy to the needs of rural and agricultural development in Japan. China should draw lessons from Japan's agricultural industrialization law and policy selectively, under the encouragement, support and guidance of the government, and according to the national conditions of our country, strive to perfect the agricultural legal system, financial and financial support system. Diversified agricultural technology extension system and efforts to promote agricultural scale management.
