【摘要】：對(duì)賄賂腐敗行為的公務(wù)員,日本建立有極為嚴(yán)格和體系的責(zé)任追究制度,這種制度的嚴(yán)格性和體系性首先體現(xiàn)在其程序方面,可以說,日本有關(guān)追究賄賂腐敗公務(wù)員的責(zé)任的程序法制極為完善,其內(nèi)部極為協(xié)調(diào),值得我國(guó)借鑒。為此,本文以日本追究賄賂腐敗公務(wù)員的程序法制為課題,通過對(duì)其整體狀況進(jìn)行全面概觀,解明追究各種責(zé)任的程序間的相互關(guān)系,為我國(guó)進(jìn)一完善相關(guān)制度提供參考。
[Abstract]:In the civil service of bribery and corruption, Japan has established an extremely strict and systematic accountability system, the strict and systematic nature of such a system is first reflected in its procedure, and it can be said that the legal system of Japan's responsibility to investigate and punish corrupt civil servants is very perfect. Its interior is very coordinated, and it is worth the reference of our country. To this end, the article takes Japan to hold the process of bribery of corrupt civil servants as a subject, and through a comprehensive overview of the overall situation of the civil servants, to solve the mutual relationship between the procedures to hold various responsibilities, and to provide a reference for the perfection of the related system in our country.
