【摘要】：對(duì)美國(guó)體育領(lǐng)域的種族歧視,司法機(jī)構(gòu)給予了較為充分的救濟(jì),產(chǎn)生了諸多有影響力的判例,這些判例可區(qū)分為4種類(lèi)型:分別是有關(guān)NCAA錄取條件和規(guī)則的訴訟,少數(shù)族裔教練提起的就業(yè)歧視訴訟,使用含有種族歧視色彩的旗幟、名稱(chēng)、標(biāo)志的訴訟,種族歧視體育工作環(huán)境的訴訟。司法機(jī)構(gòu)對(duì)消除體育領(lǐng)域的種族歧視起到了重要的推動(dòng)作用,有力地促進(jìn)了體育領(lǐng)域種族平等的實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The judiciary has given full relief to racial discrimination in sports in the United States, and has produced a number of influential precedents that can be classified into four types: litigation relating to NCAA admission conditions and rules. Employment discrimination lawsuits filed by minority coaches, use of racially colored flags, names, symbols, racial discrimination sports work environment litigation. The judiciary plays an important role in the elimination of racial discrimination in sports and contributes to the realization of racial equality in sports.
