【摘要】：瞄準國家與社會需求,"捏著"問題搞智庫研究,明確提出聚焦社會治理法治化,打造現(xiàn)代新型高端法治智庫。徐漢明教授堅持以問題為導(dǎo)向生產(chǎn)法治智庫產(chǎn)品,研究重大法治問題,破解重大法治難題,服務(wù)法治社會發(fā)展。以檢察學(xué)研究為發(fā)端,徐漢明教授將研究領(lǐng)域延伸至訴訟法學(xué)、刑事政策、職務(wù)犯罪懲治和預(yù)防、產(chǎn)權(quán)制度創(chuàng)新理論、社會治理法治建設(shè)等。三年時間,他率領(lǐng)的中南財經(jīng)政法大學(xué)法治發(fā)展與司法改革研究中心暨湖北法治發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究院(以下簡稱"中心-研究院")研究團隊,從"零起步"摸索到如今的"超常規(guī)"發(fā)展,開創(chuàng)全國高校新型法治智庫建設(shè)"中南模式"。對徐漢明教授而言,這既是他從檢察系統(tǒng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)崗位卸任后的"華麗轉(zhuǎn)身",更是他不斷求索與播種新型法治智庫建設(shè)結(jié)出的累累碩果。
[Abstract]:Aim at the demand of the country and society, "hold" the problem to carry on the research of think tank, clearly put forward to focus on the legalization of social governance, and build a new modern advanced think tank of rule of law. Professor Xu Hanming insists on producing the products of the rule of law think-tank, studying the major legal problems, solving the major legal problems and serving the development of the rule of law society. Starting with the study of procuratorial science, Professor Xu Hanming extends the research field to procedural law, criminal policy, punishment and prevention of job-related crimes, innovation theory of property right system, construction of social governance by law and so on. For three years, he led a research team, the Research Center for the Development of the Rule of Law and the Judicial Reform of the Central South University of Economics and Law and the Hubei Institute for Strategic Development of the Rule of Law (hereinafter referred to as "Centre-Institute"). From "zero start" to "supernormal" development, we can create a new national university think tank for the construction of "central and southern mode". For Professor Xu Hanming, this is not only his "magnificent turn" after he stepped down from his leading position in the procuratorial system, but also the fruitful results of his constant search for and seeding the construction of a new type of rule of law think-tank.
