【摘要】：正在世界范圍內(nèi),德國(guó)是較早頒布網(wǎng)絡(luò)成文法的國(guó)家,對(duì)青少年在線活動(dòng)的法律保護(hù)探索較多,影響很大。為了保護(hù)青少年的網(wǎng)絡(luò)活動(dòng),德國(guó)在憲法之下,從立法和司法兩個(gè)層面構(gòu)建了比較完善的法律保護(hù)框架。在立法上,德國(guó)制定了《多媒體法》、《青少年保護(hù)法》和《阻礙網(wǎng)頁(yè)登錄法》等多項(xiàng)法律規(guī)范網(wǎng)絡(luò)活動(dòng),以保護(hù)青少年的各項(xiàng)基本權(quán)利。在司法上,德國(guó)法院和警方等部門(mén)將青少年作為優(yōu)先保護(hù)的群體,在法律
[Abstract]:All over the world, Germany is the country that enacted the online statute law earlier, and it has a great influence on the legal protection of online activities of young people. In order to protect the youth's network activities, Germany has constructed a relatively perfect legal protection framework from the legislative and judicial levels under the constitution. In order to protect the basic rights of teenagers, Germany has enacted the Multimedia Law, the Law on Protection of Youth and the Law on blocking the entry of Web pages to regulate network activities in order to protect the basic rights of young people. In the administration of justice, German courts and the police have made juveniles a priority group in the law.
