龍泉民國司法檔案中的古青瓷仿制糾紛案

【摘要】：正龍泉窯燒制青瓷技藝迄今已有一千余年的歷史,以宋元最為鼎盛。至清末,業(yè)已衰落的青瓷燒制技藝使得宋元古瓷倍受追捧。當(dāng)時(shí)在龍泉有不少人盜掘古窯址和古墓尋找古器,亦有民間藝人研究仿制古青瓷,皆欲以此謀利�，F(xiàn)今,關(guān)于民國早期龍泉仿制古青瓷的記載并不多見,而在龍泉司法檔案中留存了一些有關(guān)仿古瓷糾紛的案卷,為我們了解民國早期龍泉仿古瓷情況提供了難得的資料。
[Abstract]:Zhenglongquan kiln firing celadon art has a history of more than 1000 years, the most prosperous Song and Yuan dynasties. By the end of Qing Dynasty, the declining celadon firing technology made Song and Yuan Dynasty ancient porcelain popular. At that time, many people in Longquan excavated ancient kiln sites and ancient tombs in search of ancient artifacts, but also folk artists to study imitation of ancient celadon, all want to profit. Nowadays, there are few records about the imitation of ancient celadon in the early period of the Republic of China, but in the judicial file of Longquan, there are some files about the dispute about the ancient porcelain, which provides us with rare information for us to understand the situation of the ancient porcelain in Longquan in the early period of the Republic of China.
