【摘要】：奴隸制五刑與封建五刑是中國(guó)刑法的核心,它代表了中國(guó)歷史發(fā)展的兩個(gè)階段的政治需求和文化特征。雖然從發(fā)展過程上看奴隸制五刑更為野蠻和殘酷,封建五刑相對(duì)文明和注重人道,但它們都是政治統(tǒng)治的工具。
[Abstract]:The five penalties of slavery and the five punishments of feudalism are the core of Chinese criminal law, which represents the political needs and cultural characteristics of the two stages of the development of Chinese history. Although the five punishments of slavery are more barbaric and cruel in the process of development, the feudal five punishments are relatively civilized and humane, but they are all tools of political domination.
