The thesis also, based on the situation of China’s food export to America, analyzes the impacts resulted from the enforcement of the food technical laws and regulations by FDA on China’s food export. Suggestions are also proposed from the point of view of the government and the enterprises. It is indicated in the thesis that the establishment and enforcement of the FDA food technical laws and regulations are very strict, and Chinese enterprises must improve technology through the efforts of the government and enterprises themselves in order to expand China’s food export to America JEL Classification F14 K19 Key words The United States FDA Food Law Regulation System III致謝 在撰寫論文
