【摘要】： 法學(xué)是一門實踐性和技術(shù)性很強的社會科學(xué)。長久以來,在法學(xué)本科教育中,體現(xiàn)法學(xué)教育實踐性和技術(shù)性的實踐性課程沒有受到應(yīng)有的重視,作為實踐性教學(xué)的新類型：數(shù)字化模擬法庭,在新一輪的課程改革中獲得了前所未有的機遇。目前國內(nèi)高校法學(xué)專業(yè)數(shù)字化模擬法庭主要以建設(shè)為主,但筆者調(diào)查卻發(fā)現(xiàn),目前國內(nèi)數(shù)字化模擬法庭在建設(shè)和實際應(yīng)用中存在很多問題,數(shù)字化模擬法庭的建設(shè)應(yīng)當(dāng)是為教學(xué)服務(wù)的,因此,規(guī)范數(shù)字化模擬法庭建設(shè)并對數(shù)字化模擬法庭的應(yīng)用理論和實踐研究,應(yīng)當(dāng)?shù)玫阶銐虻闹匾暋?本研究運用調(diào)查法、問卷法、文獻法和個案分析法等研究方法,從實踐性教學(xué)的相關(guān)概念的研究、數(shù)字化模擬法庭的建設(shè)應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀和筆者所在學(xué)校數(shù)字化模擬法庭的建設(shè)和應(yīng)用入手,設(shè)計了針對數(shù)字化模擬法庭應(yīng)用和評價的學(xué)生、教師問卷調(diào)查表,對此展開對數(shù)字化模擬法庭的應(yīng)用研究。 本研究試圖從筆者所在單位開展的數(shù)字化模擬法庭教學(xué)的實例出發(fā),從教學(xué)開展和課程評價中,找出目前數(shù)字化模擬法庭在實際教學(xué)中的問題,找出解決問題的方法和途徑,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,進一步探討高校數(shù)字化模擬法庭的建設(shè)思路和應(yīng)用機制,為同類院校的法學(xué)實踐性教學(xué)及法學(xué)實驗室特別是數(shù)字化模擬法庭的建設(shè)提供參考和反戰(zhàn)思路。
[Abstract]:The law is a kind of practical and technical social science . In the long time , in the undergraduate education of law , the practical course embodying the practical and technical education of law education has not been paid much attention . As a new type of practical teaching , the digital simulation court has gained unprecedented opportunity in the new round of curriculum reform . At present , the digital simulation court of the domestic digital simulation court is mainly constructed . However , the author has found that the construction of the digital simulation court should be a teaching service . Therefore , the construction of the digital simulation court and the application theory and practice research of the digital simulation court should be paid enough attention .


Based on the research of the relevant concepts of practical teaching , the current situation of the construction and application of digital simulation court and the construction and application of the digital simulation court of the school in which the author is located , this paper designs a questionnaire of students and teachers who applied and evaluated the digital simulation court , and the application research of the digital simulation court is designed .


This paper tries to find out the problems in the actual teaching of the digital simulation court from the teaching and evaluation of the digital simulation court , and find out the ways and means to solve the problem . On the basis of this , the author further discusses the construction idea and the application mechanism of the digital simulation court in colleges and universities , and provides a reference and anti - war mentality for the practical teaching of law and the construction of the law laboratory , especially the digital simulation court .
