【摘要】："星法院"法令作為近代出版業(yè)第一個(gè)法令,其對(duì)于規(guī)范出版業(yè)有著積極的作用,但其消極影響卻延至百年。從中,我們也可以看到在同該法令斗爭的過程中,英國市民階層蘊(yùn)含的力量;了解英國作為近代歐洲第一個(gè)擁有出版規(guī)范的國家所具有的時(shí)代價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:As the first law of modern publishing, the "Star Court" law has a positive effect on regulating the publishing industry, but its negative influence is extended to a hundred years. In this way, we can also see the strength of the British civil class in the process of fighting against the Act, and understand the value of Britain as the first country in modern Europe to have publishing norms.
