【摘要】：19世紀(jì)后期,保守人士安東尼·科姆斯托克利用當(dāng)時(shí)的政治環(huán)境、社會(huì)變遷和道德話語(yǔ),成功游說(shuō)美國(guó)國(guó)會(huì)通過(guò)嚴(yán)苛的反淫穢法,并向各州推廣。這項(xiàng)立法,在有效禁止淫穢文學(xué)交易的同時(shí),也以維護(hù)傳統(tǒng)道德的名義侵害個(gè)人自由,特別是將避孕節(jié)育信息視為"淫穢"內(nèi)容,壓制提倡節(jié)育的社會(huì)運(yùn)動(dòng),引起了廣泛的社會(huì)政治斗爭(zhēng)。自由愛(ài)運(yùn)動(dòng)和節(jié)育運(yùn)動(dòng),呼吁女性身體自主的權(quán)利,公然違反科姆斯托克法,宣傳節(jié)育知識(shí)和女性平等,并展開立法與司法活動(dòng),試圖修訂或廢除科姆斯托克法。最終,在社會(huì)道德觀念變遷、權(quán)利話語(yǔ)興起之后,獲得成功。
[Abstract]:In the late nineteenth Century, Anthony, a conservative, used the political environment, social change and moral discourse to lobby the American Congress through the harsh anti obscenity law and popularize it to the States. This legislation, while effectively prohibiting obscene literature transactions, also infringes on individual freedom in the name of traditional morality, especially in the name of traditional morality. Taking contraception information as "obscene" content, suppressing the social movement to promote birth control, causing extensive social and political struggles, free love movement and birth control, appealing to women's right to self-reliance, blatantly violating the law of the amidst, publicizing the knowledge of birth control and women's peace, and conducting legislative and judicial activities to try to amend or abolish the section. In the end, after the rise of social morality and the rise of the right discourse, success was achieved.
