【摘要】：正中共十八屆四中全會通過的《中共中央關于全面推進依法治國若干重大問題的決定》,把建設中國特色社會主義法治體系、建設社會主義法治國家作為全面推進依法治國的總目標,其中明確提出要形成"嚴密的法治監(jiān)督體系",并部署了新形勢下加強法治監(jiān)督、確保憲法法律實施的重大任務。法律的生命力在于實施,法律的權威也在于實施。法治監(jiān)督就是對憲法和法律實施的全過程進行監(jiān)督,確保法律文本真正變成社會規(guī)范和人們的行為規(guī)范。在此意義上,嚴密的法治監(jiān)督體系是依法治國方略得到落實的根本保障。而法治監(jiān)督
