【摘要】：正黨的十八大報告提出要全面推進依法治國,加快建設社會主義法治國家,并將其作為政治體制改革的重要內容,習近平總書記的"12.4"講話更是強調法治建設的緊迫性、重要性,其后在對全國政法工作會議的批示中進一步提出建設"法治中國"的歷史使命。越來越多的人認識到,當代中國面臨的諸多社會問題的最終徹底解決都只能依靠法治。"加快建設法治中國",成為十八大以后法學界著重研究的重大課題。筆者以為,從四個方面入手可以有效加快法治中國建設。
[Abstract]:In the report of the 18th National Congress of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, it was proposed to comprehensively promote the rule of law, speed up the construction of a socialist country ruled by law, and regard it as an important part of the reform of the political system.General Secretary Xi Jinping's "12.4" speech stressed the urgency and importance of the construction of the rule of law. Then, in the instruction of the National Conference on Politics and Law, the historical mission of "ruling by law China" was further put forward. More and more people realize that the ultimate solution to the many social problems facing China depends on the rule of law. " Speeding up the construction of China under the rule of law "has become a major research topic for the legal circles after the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. I think, from four aspects can effectively speed up the construction of China under the rule of law.
