【摘要】：Master of Laws(法律碩士)是在英美普通法國(guó)家發(fā)展起來(lái)的法學(xué)高等教育學(xué)位教育項(xiàng)目,具有推動(dòng)法學(xué)教育專(zhuān)門(mén)化和國(guó)際化的重要功能,已經(jīng)在全球范圍內(nèi)獲得普遍認(rèn)同。作為"中國(guó)走出去"大戰(zhàn)略的組成部分,我國(guó)應(yīng)適時(shí)發(fā)展法律碩士教育以應(yīng)對(duì)法律全球化的挑戰(zhàn)。目前中國(guó)法律碩士教育的發(fā)展應(yīng)在行業(yè)規(guī)范的基礎(chǔ)上積極爭(zhēng)取成為國(guó)家認(rèn)可的學(xué)位教育。
[Abstract]:Master of Laws( Master of Law) is a legal higher education degree education project developed in common law countries, which has the important function of promoting the specialization and internationalization of law education, and has been universally recognized in the world. As an integral part of China's "going out" strategy, China should develop the master of law education in time to meet the challenge of legal globalization. At present, the development of China's Master of Law education should be based on the industry norms and actively strive to become a nationally recognized degree education.
