【摘要】：為了滿足新時期高等法學教育改革與發(fā)展的要求,參加法律實踐已經(jīng)成為法學青年教師的一門"必修課",有助于推動法學師資素質的整體提升。法學青年教師參與法律實踐的途徑和方式多種多樣,既包括直接深入法律生活,也包括采用間接方式培養(yǎng)實踐思維和實踐能力。為了充分調動青年教師參加法律實踐的積極性并保證其實踐能夠有序進行、取得實效,科學、合理、公平的激勵機制和考核評價機制必不可少。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the requirements of the reform and development of higher law education in the new period, participating in legal practice has become a required course for young teachers of law, which helps to promote the overall improvement of the quality of law teachers. There are many ways and means for young teachers of law to participate in legal practice, including the direct deepening of legal life, as well as the cultivation of practical thinking and practical ability by indirect means. In order to fully arouse the enthusiasm of young teachers to participate in legal practice and ensure that their practice can be carried out in an orderly manner, it is necessary to obtain effective, scientific, reasonable and fair incentive mechanism and evaluation mechanism.
