【摘要】：憲政是一種通過憲法的運(yùn)行,以制約國家權(quán)力、保障公民權(quán)益的政治制度和政治理念的總稱。憲政建設(shè)是政治文明建設(shè)的核心內(nèi)容。如何正確理解馬克思、恩格斯的憲政思想?如何在借鑒馬克思、恩格斯的憲政思想基礎(chǔ)上更好地發(fā)展有中國特色的社會(huì)主義憲政?這是需要我們?cè)诶碚撋线M(jìn)行深刻思考的問題。本文首先通過對(duì)馬克思、恩格斯憲政思想的范疇確定,進(jìn)一步解讀了馬克思、恩格斯的憲法思想、民主思想、法治思想和人權(quán)思想,最后相應(yīng)地闡釋了馬克思、恩格斯憲政思想的當(dāng)代啟示,以期對(duì)正在進(jìn)行的社會(huì)主義政治文明建設(shè)有所裨益。
[Abstract]:Constitutionalism is a kind of political system and political idea which can restrict the power of the state and protect the rights and interests of citizens through the operation of the constitution. Constitutionalism construction is the core content of political civilization construction. How to correctly understand Marx and Engels' constitutional thought? How to better develop the socialist constitutionalism with Chinese characteristics on the basis of the constitutional thought of Marx and Engels? This is a problem that requires us to think deeply in theory. In this paper, by defining the category of Marx and Engels' constitutional thought, the author further interprets Marx, Engels' constitutional thought, democratic thought, rule of law thought and human rights thought, and finally explains Marx correspondingly. The contemporary enlightenment of Engels' constitutional thought is expected to benefit the construction of socialist political civilization.
