【摘要】：正姚大榮(1860～1939),字儷桓,號(hào)芷澧,貴州普定(今貴州省安順市普定縣)人。"光緒九年捷南宮,供職薇垣"(姚大榮:《馬閣老洗冤錄》自序,河南大學(xué)圖書(shū)館藏,民國(guó)23年安順姚氏鉛印本)。歷官內(nèi)閣中書(shū)、起居注主事、刑部主事、學(xué)部圖書(shū)局行走、大理院推事等。辛亥革命后,居住北京,專(zhuān)事著述。1939年在天津英租界去世
