實(shí)踐性教學(xué)方法及其在傳統(tǒng)法學(xué)課堂中的運(yùn)用

【摘要】:我國傳統(tǒng)的法學(xué)教育一定程度上存在著顛倒職業(yè)訓(xùn)練與學(xué)術(shù)培養(yǎng)位置、教學(xué)手段偏離法學(xué)應(yīng)用性學(xué)科特點(diǎn)等不足,急需引入更關(guān)注法科學(xué)生實(shí)踐技能提升的實(shí)踐性教學(xué)方法。但傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)方法在知識(shí)傳授的系統(tǒng)性、連貫性、深入度等方面,有著不容忽視和難以替代的優(yōu)點(diǎn),故傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)方法與實(shí)踐性教學(xué)方法在相當(dāng)長(zhǎng)時(shí)間內(nèi)將互補(bǔ)存在,F(xiàn)階段,應(yīng)著手嘗試將法學(xué)實(shí)踐教學(xué)的基本原理、理念逐步導(dǎo)入法學(xué)教學(xué)活動(dòng),并通過嫁接微觀的案例教學(xué)法、小組討論法、頭腦風(fēng)暴法、反饋評(píng)價(jià)法等實(shí)踐性教學(xué)方法,逐步豐富和完善傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)活動(dòng)的內(nèi)容和形式,以遵循教學(xué)改革漸次性的規(guī)律,并最終提升法科學(xué)生的綜合培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:To some extent, the traditional law education in our country has some shortcomings, such as reversing the position of vocational training and academic training, deviating from the characteristics of the applied subject of law, and so on. Therefore, it is urgent to introduce the practical teaching method which pays more attention to the promotion of practical skills of law science students. However, the traditional teaching methods have the advantages of systematization, continuity and depth of knowledge teaching, which can not be ignored and can not be replaced. Therefore, the traditional teaching methods and practical teaching methods will complement each other for a long time. At the present stage, we should try to introduce the basic principles and concepts of the practice teaching of law into the law teaching activities step by step, and apply some practical teaching methods, such as grafting micro-case teaching method, group discussion method, brainstorming method, feedback evaluation method, etc. The contents and forms of traditional teaching activities should be enriched and perfected step by step in order to follow the law of gradual teaching reform and finally improve the comprehensive training quality of law science students.
