【摘要】： 農(nóng)民工是社會主義建設(shè)事業(yè)的中堅(jiān)力量,其法律意識的狀況直接關(guān)系到社會主義法治建設(shè)的成效。目前,農(nóng)民工法律意識淡薄,存在知識貧乏、觀念模糊、信仰及能力缺失等現(xiàn)象。這些現(xiàn)象一方面是由于其自身的文化素質(zhì)偏低、心理發(fā)展失衡造成的;另一方面是受傳統(tǒng)觀念的消極影響和外部法制環(huán)境的不完善等因素造成的。農(nóng)民工法律意識的淡薄直接影響到他們自身合法權(quán)益的保障及維護(hù)。因此我們必須加強(qiáng)對農(nóng)民工法律意識的培養(yǎng),要提高農(nóng)民工的文化知識水平;樹立農(nóng)民工對法律的正確態(tài)度;做好法律宣傳、堅(jiān)持送法教育;讓農(nóng)民工更深層次地了解法律,加強(qiáng)對農(nóng)民工崗前培訓(xùn),提高其綜合素質(zhì);建立組織機(jī)制、加大維護(hù)力度;為農(nóng)民工開辟維權(quán)的綠色通道;努力營造良好的外部法治環(huán)境,給農(nóng)民工帶來更大的發(fā)展空間,從而更有力地推進(jìn)和諧社會的法治建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Migrant workers are the backbone of socialist construction, and their legal consciousness is directly related to the effectiveness of socialist legal construction.At present, migrant workers have weak legal consciousness, poor knowledge, vague concept, lack of belief and ability.On the one hand, these phenomena are caused by their low cultural quality and unbalanced psychological development; on the other hand, they are caused by the negative influence of traditional concepts and the imperfection of the external legal environment.The weak legal consciousness of migrant workers directly affects the protection and maintenance of their own legitimate rights and interests.Therefore, we must strengthen the training of migrant workers' legal consciousness, improve their cultural knowledge level, establish the correct attitude of migrant workers to the law, do a good job of legal propaganda, persist in sending law education, let migrant workers understand the law more deeply,Strengthen the pre-job training of migrant workers, improve their comprehensive quality; establish an organizational mechanism to increase maintenance; open up a green channel for migrant workers to protect their rights; strive to create a good external legal environment, and bring greater development space to migrant workers.Thus, we can push forward the construction of harmonious society by law.
