【摘要】：在高等法學(xué)教育體系中,農(nóng)業(yè)院校的法學(xué)教育與其他政法類、綜合類院校相比,不具有學(xué)術(shù)、科研等方面的優(yōu)勢。因此,農(nóng)業(yè)院校的法學(xué)教育要發(fā)展壯大、增強(qiáng)自身的競爭力就必須根據(jù)自己的傳統(tǒng)、特色、優(yōu)勢以及經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的需求進(jìn)行科學(xué)定位,實(shí)施特色辦學(xué),開展包括課程設(shè)置、教學(xué)內(nèi)容、教學(xué)方法與手段等方面的教學(xué)改革。
[Abstract]:In the system of higher law education, the law education of agricultural colleges does not have the advantages of academic and scientific research.Therefore, in order to develop and strengthen the legal education of agricultural colleges and universities, it is necessary to carry out scientific positioning according to their own traditions, characteristics, advantages and demands of economic and social development, to carry out characteristic schools, and to carry out courses including courses.Teaching content, teaching methods and means of teaching reform.
