【摘要】：正中國(guó)憲政思想的傳入是19世紀(jì)中葉"西學(xué)東漸"以后開(kāi)始發(fā)生的,屬于西方舶來(lái)品。中華民族的許多先進(jìn)分子通過(guò)對(duì)西方憲政思想的吸收和改造,開(kāi)啟了一條具有中國(guó)特色的憲政發(fā)展之路。但是回首這條路,可以看出它基本是一條失敗、失敗、再失敗之路。這其中外來(lái)文化和本土文化的不
[Abstract]:The introduction of constitutional thought in China began in the middle of the 19th century after "the Western Learning spread to the East", and it belongs to the West. Many advanced elements of the Chinese nation have absorbed and reformed the Western constitutional thought through their absorption and transformation. It opens a road of constitutional development with Chinese characteristics. But looking back on this road, we can see that it is basically a way of failure, failure, and failure.
