【摘要】：正民國(guó)二十四年(1935年)11月13日,天津發(fā)生了一起轟動(dòng)全國(guó)的刺殺案。案件的審理與判決受到了社會(huì)輿論的廣泛關(guān)注,甚至驚動(dòng)了當(dāng)時(shí)的政府高層,成為民國(guó)司法史上一個(gè)典型案例。此案被告施劍翹也因其"蓄志十年,手刃父仇"的傳奇經(jīng)歷,一舉而名播天下。
[Abstract]:On November 13, 1935, a nationwide assassination case occurred in Tianjin. The trial and judgment of the case received widespread attention from public opinion and even alerted the top government at that time. It has become a typical case in the judicial history of the Republic of China. Shi Jianqiao, the defendant in this case, is famous for his legendary experience of "keeping his mind in mind for ten years and feuding his father."
