【摘要】：為解決英國轉(zhuǎn)型時期的社會問題,休謨將科學方法引入到正義理論的研究中,認為正義的外在因素是人有自私的可能性以及社會財富的稀缺性;正義的內(nèi)在因素是個人和社會有謀求更大財富的傾向性、可能性、應然性。通過主張以財產(chǎn)權(quán)為中心的正義規(guī)則,正義理論也從善惡論走向效果論;對同情的探討為正義奠定了溫和的情感基礎。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the social problems in the transitional period of England, Hume introduced the scientific method into the study of the theory of justice, and thought that the external factor of justice was the possibility of selfishness and the scarcity of social wealth. The intrinsic factor of justice is the tendency, possibility, and necessity of individual and society to seek greater wealth. By advocating the justice rule centered on property right, the theory of justice also moves from the theory of good and evil to the theory of effect. The discussion of sympathy lays a mild emotional foundation for justice.
