【摘要】：正新常態(tài)下需要統(tǒng)計(jì)部門進(jìn)一步提高依法治統(tǒng)的意識(shí)和能力;新常態(tài)下需要統(tǒng)計(jì)部門依法維護(hù)統(tǒng)計(jì)的權(quán)威;新常態(tài)下需要統(tǒng)計(jì)部門發(fā)揮統(tǒng)計(jì)法制的保障作用。新常態(tài)下,我們必須進(jìn)一步做好統(tǒng)計(jì)法制工作,認(rèn)真研究和化解各種矛盾和問題,全力做到依法統(tǒng)計(jì)、規(guī)范統(tǒng)計(jì),努力營(yíng)造依法治統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)代統(tǒng)計(jì)工作氛圍和諧有序的統(tǒng)計(jì)工作新環(huán)境。(一)新常態(tài)下必須強(qiáng)化統(tǒng)計(jì)依法行政意識(shí)。統(tǒng)計(jì)部門是統(tǒng)計(jì)行政管理和統(tǒng)計(jì)行政執(zhí)法的主體部門。一要增強(qiáng)整體意識(shí)。要全面正確地理解統(tǒng)計(jì)工作依法行政的內(nèi)涵與外延,真正把調(diào)
