【摘要】： “和諧社會(huì)”是近年來中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體提出的一個(gè)十分重要的概念、方針與目標(biāo)。公安系統(tǒng)順勢(shì)而行,適時(shí)地提出了構(gòu)建和諧警營(yíng)的目標(biāo),并將其定位為是構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)的有機(jī)組成部分。為了科學(xué)地評(píng)價(jià)和諧警營(yíng)建設(shè)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,利用相應(yīng)的數(shù)據(jù)信息資料,建立一套和諧警營(yíng)建設(shè)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,為和諧警營(yíng)的建設(shè)管理及領(lǐng)導(dǎo)決策提供數(shù)據(jù)支持是十分必要的。本文嘗試通過模糊數(shù)學(xué)方法對(duì)和諧警營(yíng)建設(shè)成效進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)判,通過定量分析與定性分析的結(jié)合,來建立起一種對(duì)和諧警營(yíng)建設(shè)進(jìn)程能夠準(zhǔn)確測(cè)度的科學(xué)分析框架,并基于這一分析框架建立和諧警營(yíng)發(fā)展的信息反饋機(jī)制和高效的調(diào)控機(jī)制,以保證公安工作的全面、協(xié)調(diào)和可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Harmonious society is a very important concept, policy and goal put forward by the central leading collective in recent years. The public security system goes with the trend, and puts forward the goal of building a harmonious police camp at the right time, and positions it as an organic part of building a harmonious society. In order to scientifically evaluate the development of harmonious police camp construction, it is very necessary to establish a set of evaluation index system for harmonious police camp construction by using the corresponding data and information materials, so as to provide data support for the construction management and leadership decision of harmonious police camp. This paper attempts to evaluate the effect of harmonious police camp construction by fuzzy mathematics method, and through the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, to establish a scientific analysis framework which can accurately measure the process of harmonious police camp construction, and to establish the information feedback mechanism and efficient regulation and control mechanism of harmonious police camp development based on this analysis framework, so as to ensure the comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of public security work.
