【摘要】：特種行業(yè)是指工商服務(wù)業(yè)中其經(jīng)營的業(yè)務(wù)易于被利用進(jìn)行違法犯罪活動,公安機(jī)關(guān)依據(jù)國家有關(guān)法規(guī)規(guī)章的規(guī)定,對其實(shí)施治安管理的特定行業(yè)的總稱。目前,我國公安機(jī)關(guān)將旅館業(yè)、舊貨業(yè)、典當(dāng)業(yè)、印章業(yè)、印刷業(yè)等列入特種行業(yè)管理。特種行業(yè)已成為需要公安相關(guān)部門重點(diǎn)管理的一個行業(yè),是公安機(jī)關(guān)預(yù)防、控制、發(fā)現(xiàn)和打擊違法犯罪分子的重要陣地。 我國相關(guān)部門的管理人力資源有限,達(dá)不到社會發(fā)展需求。現(xiàn)在需要有更現(xiàn)代化、更便捷、更有效、更快速的管理手段來幫助公安部門對特種行業(yè)進(jìn)行有效的管理。針對此需求開發(fā)了治安管理信息系統(tǒng)。 本論文介紹了特種行業(yè)治安管理信息系統(tǒng)的社會需求背景及應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀。特種行業(yè)治安管理信息系統(tǒng)采用了B/S架構(gòu),使用ASP.NET與C#開發(fā)。在本論文中對本系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)包括.NET平臺、ASP.NET技術(shù)、ADO.NET技術(shù)及Oracle數(shù)據(jù)庫等相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)理論進(jìn)行了分析。本系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建的前提是實(shí)用性,安全性及易操作性,注重相關(guān)重要警情等信息的數(shù)據(jù)的安全保護(hù)。本論文的主要內(nèi)容包括對系統(tǒng)需求進(jìn)行了分析,在設(shè)計(jì)階段主要介紹了系統(tǒng)組織結(jié)構(gòu)、系統(tǒng)用例、系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)、系統(tǒng)功能架構(gòu)、系統(tǒng)管理流程及系統(tǒng)實(shí)體圖等。并詳細(xì)介紹了系統(tǒng)的功能模塊的組成及其實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能,并對相關(guān)功能予以實(shí)現(xiàn)。在本文的最后部分?jǐn)⑹隽藢Ρ鞠到y(tǒng)的測試過程。并對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了總結(jié)與展望。本論文最后實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)的功能,但仍有許多缺點(diǎn)及不足需要進(jìn)行改進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:Special industry refers to the business in the business and service industry is easy to be used to carry out illegal and criminal activities, the public security organs in accordance with the provisions of the relevant laws and regulations of the state, the implementation of public security management of the general name of the specific industry. At present, the public security organs of our country include hotel industry, thrift industry, pawnshop industry, printing industry and printing industry in the management of special industry. Special industry has become an industry that needs the key management of public security departments, and it is an important position for public security organs to prevent, control, detect and crack down on criminals. The management human resources of the relevant departments in our country are limited and can not meet the needs of social development. Now it is necessary to have more modern, more convenient, more effective and faster management means to help the public security department manage the special industry effectively. In view of this demand, the public security management information system is developed. This paper introduces the social demand background and application status of special industry public security management information system. The security management information system of special industry adopts B / S architecture and is developed with ASP.NET and C #. In this paper, the key technologies of the system, including. Net platform, ASP.NET technology, ADO.NET technology and Oracle database and other related basic theories are analyzed. The premise of this system is practicability, security and easy operation, and pays attention to the security protection of the relevant important warning information. The main contents of this paper include the analysis of system requirements, and mainly introduces the system organization structure, system use case, system network topology, system function architecture, system management flow and system entity diagram in the design stage. The composition of the functional module and the function of the system are introduced in detail, and the related functions are realized. In the last part of this paper, the testing process of the system is described. The system is summarized and prospected. At the end of this paper, the function of the system is realized, but there are still many shortcomings and shortcomings that need to be improved.
