【摘要】：當前,與印文鑒定相關的并在鑒定實踐中經(jīng)常遇到的新問題和難點問題有高仿真印文的鑒定、變造印章問題、利用真實印文變造文件、同版印章印文、朱墨時序等,本文就高仿真印文的鑒定進行了系統(tǒng)闡述,介紹了各種高仿真印文,包括各種高仿真印章的蓋印印文、復制印文、轉(zhuǎn)印印文的偽造手段及其特點,并提出了高仿真印文的鑒定思路和要點。
