【摘要】：探究一種新型的熒光"502"用于顯現(xiàn)潛在手印的方法。實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)該熒光"502"顯現(xiàn)常見客體上潛在手印的效果以及顯現(xiàn)手印的靈敏度進(jìn)行了研究,并比較了這種同步熏顯染色的方法與羅丹明6G、Ardrox熒光液、基礎(chǔ)黃40二次染色方法顯現(xiàn)手印的效果。結(jié)果表明,這種熒光"502"顯現(xiàn)潛在手印效果較好,用Coherent Tracer激光器激發(fā)后,在橙紅色護(hù)目鏡下可以觀察到強(qiáng)烈的黃色或橙黃色熒光,顯出的手印紋線清晰,與背景反差明顯,可以觀察到手印紋線上的汗孔。熒光"502"顯現(xiàn)潛在手印的方法操作簡(jiǎn)便,沒有后續(xù)二次染色的過程,因此不會(huì)破壞手印,可以確保紋線及其細(xì)節(jié)特征的完整性。
[Abstract]:To explore a new method of fluorescent 502 to show potential handprints. The effect of the fluorescent "502" on the potential handprint on the common object and the sensitivity of the handprint were studied, and the synchronous fumigation staining method was compared with the Rhodamine 6G, Ardrox fluorescent solution. The basic yellow 40 secondary staining method shows the effect of handprint. The results show that the potential handprint effect of this kind of fluorescence "502" is better. After excited by Coherent Tracer laser, strong yellow or orange fluorescence can be observed under orange-red goggles, the handprint lines are clear, and the contrast with the background is obvious. Sweat holes in handprint lines can be observed. The method of fluorescent "502" showing potential handprint is simple to operate and has no subsequent secondary dyeing process, so it will not destroy the handprint and can ensure the integrity of the lines and their detailed features.
