【摘要】：從公安消防部隊(duì)對(duì)滅火救援重點(diǎn)單位管理的實(shí)際現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外重大危險(xiǎn)源和消防重大危險(xiǎn)源概念、界定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和基本分類方法的研究,提出了數(shù)字化滅火救援類型預(yù)案的詳細(xì)分類,并對(duì)滅火救援預(yù)案構(gòu)架、論證、審批、授權(quán)等機(jī)制進(jìn)行了論述,對(duì)指導(dǎo)公安消防部隊(duì)推進(jìn)戰(zhàn)訓(xùn)改革和滅火救援預(yù)案工作的改進(jìn)具有現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Based on the actual situation of the management of key units of fire fighting and rescue by the public security fire fighting forces, and through the study of the concepts of major hazards and major fire hazards at home and abroad, the standards and basic classification methods are defined. This paper puts forward the detailed classification of the digital fire fighting and rescue type plan, and discusses the framework, demonstration, examination and approval, authorization and other mechanisms of the fire extinguishing and rescue plan. It is of practical guiding significance to guide the public security fire fighting troops to promote the reform of war training and to improve the fire fighting and rescue plan.
