【摘要】：正 上海公安包括決策、實戰(zhàn)、保障三大板塊的現代警務機制逐步完善、成效初顯,一張讓犯罪分子無處遁形的天羅地網正在形成 10年前,上海市閘北區(qū)天潼路某銀行儲蓄所發(fā)生持槍搶劫案,歹徒從柜臺內搶走儲戶2萬多元現金后分頭逃竄,罕見的槍擊案讓趕到現場的民警一時手足無措,嫌犯在案發(fā)第二天從民警的眼皮下逃脫。10年后,同樣在上海鬧市區(qū),槍案再發(fā)。除兩人中槍身亡外,參與斗毆的其他10名主要犯罪嫌疑人全部被警方緝拿歸案,整個過程僅用了12個小時。
