互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展對我國政治安全的影響及對策

【摘要】： 當今世界正醞釀著重大的結(jié)構(gòu)性變化。由于信息技術的推動,舊的體制和格局正在以信息為導向進行重新組合,正在形成國際社會信息化也即全球信息化的新浪潮。 在信息化的影響下,安全領域在不斷擴大和細化,國家政治安全的范疇進一步拓展。信息化在為我國政治安全帶來機遇的同時,也提出了嚴重挑戰(zhàn):“信息主權”成為國家主權的重要內(nèi)容;利用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)進行西方意識形態(tài)滲透日益加劇;民族分裂、極端宗教和網(wǎng)絡恐怖主義活動猖獗,嚴重影響了我國政治秩序穩(wěn)定;“信息邊疆”安全成為國土安全的新內(nèi)容。 我國作為當今世界最大的社會主義國家,在面臨各種國際壓力和挑戰(zhàn)的情況下,更有必要高度重視國家的政治安全問題。要客觀的分析、研究各種威脅因素,了解其產(chǎn)生的根源、表現(xiàn)形式、發(fā)展趨勢,吸收借鑒其他國家積極有效的做法,制定科學的政治安全戰(zhàn)略,從容應對各種壓力和挑戰(zhàn),把維護國家的政治安全擺在突出重要的位置。當前,維護好國家政治安全,必須強化信息安全、網(wǎng)絡安全意識,樹立信息時代新的綜合安全觀:要大力發(fā)展經(jīng)濟,提高科學技術水平,加快我國信息化和網(wǎng)絡化建設步伐,努力構(gòu)筑信息網(wǎng)絡安全的技術屏障;積極參與多邊合作,尋求維護我國政治安全利益新途徑。
