【摘要】：警察體育是公安隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的重要環(huán)節(jié),是建設(shè)強(qiáng)大的公安隊(duì)伍的基本保證。近年來(lái)社會(huì)治安形勢(shì)日趨復(fù)雜,暴力犯罪愈加技術(shù)化,犯罪分子徒手或持械與警察對(duì)抗的案件經(jīng)常發(fā)生。這在一定程度上反映了民警在擒拿格斗、克敵制勝技能上的不足。跆拳道以簡(jiǎn)練硬朗的方法直接擊打或反擊對(duì)方,其教學(xué)內(nèi)容側(cè)重于實(shí)戰(zhàn)訓(xùn)練,這種進(jìn)攻簡(jiǎn)捷、富有實(shí)效的訓(xùn)練是練習(xí)徒手格斗的重要手段之一。 本文通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)研究法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、實(shí)驗(yàn)法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法和邏輯歸納法對(duì)跆拳道在警察體育中應(yīng)用的可行性進(jìn)行探討和分析,并提出將跆拳道引入警察體育的設(shè)想,主要得出以下結(jié)論： 1跆拳道項(xiàng)目特點(diǎn)與警務(wù)工作相吻合,符合警察體育手段國(guó)際化發(fā)展；警察對(duì)跆拳道項(xiàng)目有一定認(rèn)知,跆拳道在警察體育中的應(yīng)用還有很大的發(fā)展空間。 2跆拳道在警察體育中應(yīng)用實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,預(yù)備警在腿法使用比例、腿法成功率上均有明顯提高,滿足了當(dāng)前出警的實(shí)戰(zhàn)需求。 3跆拳道引入警察體育的原則有：擊打要害一招制敵原則、格斗技為主競(jìng)技為輔原則、融合WTF與ITF之精華原則、動(dòng)作簡(jiǎn)練易于掌握原則、提高體能發(fā)展興趣原則。跆拳道引入警察體育的方法有：教育鼓勵(lì)法、競(jìng)賽評(píng)比法、分警種職別考核法、典型引導(dǎo)法。 4跆拳道在警察體育中的組織形式有：警察群眾體育中有集中訓(xùn)練、專(zhuān)項(xiàng)興趣小組、工會(huì)與附近道館合作、公安機(jī)關(guān)培訓(xùn)、警察跆拳道協(xié)會(huì)五種組織形式；警察院校體育中有開(kāi)設(shè)跆拳道選修課、開(kāi)發(fā)第二課堂、列入在職培訓(xùn)三種組織形式；此外還有跆拳道在警察競(jìng)技體育中的組織形式。
[Abstract]:Police sports is an important link in the construction of the public security team and the basic guarantee of building a strong police force. In recent years, the situation of social security is becoming more and more complex, violent crime becomes more and more technicalized, and the crime cases of unarmed or armed confrontation with the police often occur. This to a certain extent reflects the police in grappling, defeating the enemy to win the skills of inadequate. Taekwondo strikes or attacks the opponent directly in a concise way, and its teaching contents are focused on practical training. This kind of attack is simple and effective training is one of the important means to practice unarmed combat. This paper discusses and analyzes the feasibility of the application of taekwondo in police sports by means of literature research, questionnaire survey, experiment, mathematical statistics and logical induction, and puts forward the assumption of introducing taekwondo into police sports. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the characteristics of Taekwondo project are consistent with the police work, in line with the international development of police sports means; Police have a certain understanding of taekwondo, taekwondo in police sports there is still a lot of room for development. 2the application experiment of taekwondo in police sports shows that the proportion of leg method used by reserve police and the success rate of leg method are obviously improved, which satisfies the actual combat demand of police at present. (3) the principles of introducing police sports into Taekwondo are as follows: the principle of striking the key to one move to control the enemy, the principle of giving priority to competitive fighting, the principle of combining the essence of WTF and ITF, the principle of simplicity and easy to master, and the principle of raising interest in physical development. The methods of introducing police sports in Taekwondo include: education encouragement method, competition evaluation method, police rank evaluation method, and typical guidance method. (4) the organization forms of taekwondo in police sports are as follows: police mass sports have centralized training, special interest groups, trade unions cooperate with nearby Taoist pavilions, public security organ training, police taekwondo association five organizational forms; Taekwondo elective course is set up in police college sports, the second class is developed, and three kinds of organization forms are included in on-the-job training, in addition, taekwondo is also organized in police competitive sports.
