未成年人犯罪的原因分析及其心理矯治

【摘要】: 當(dāng)今社會,未成年人違法犯罪已經(jīng)成為整個社會關(guān)注的熱點問題。本文從工作實踐的要求出發(fā),通過展示一例未成年違法犯罪學(xué)員的家庭社會背景、生活經(jīng)歷、違法事實、心理特征等資料,分析影響其違法行為的各種因素的相互作用,試圖利用心理咨詢相關(guān)技術(shù)給予其干預(yù)和幫助,尋求對其有利的干預(yù)方法或技術(shù),并為未教場所心理矯治工作者提出有針對性的建議。 本研究以河南省未成年人勞動教養(yǎng)管理所的學(xué)員為對象,進行定量與定性分析,并選取個案分析法作為主要研究方法,通過對一名因盜竊而被強制接受勞動教養(yǎng)的學(xué)員進行心理矯治,緩解其焦慮情緒,糾正其不合理認知,同時,以此為依據(jù)探討影響未成年人違法犯罪的家庭、學(xué)校、社會以及個人認知因素。其中,對該學(xué)員的心理矯治采取自由聯(lián)想技術(shù)、宣泄技術(shù)以及合理情緒心理療法。最后,本文在分析當(dāng)前未成年人犯罪心理矯治不足的基礎(chǔ)上提出一些粗淺的構(gòu)想,以期對未教場所心理矯治的進步提供有益探索。 研究結(jié)果: 第一,影響未成年人違法犯罪的因素是多方面的。家庭方面、學(xué)校方面、社會方面以及未成年人自身的因素都是造成未成年人犯罪的主要原因。個案分析的結(jié)果和筆者對整個河南省未教團體的調(diào)查相符。 第二,心理矯治是糾正勞教人員錯誤的認知、不良的行為習(xí)慣、人格障礙以及治療心理疾病的重要途徑之一,在勞教場所中的作用越來越突出,已成為勞教系統(tǒng)中挽救勞教人員的一種新型、科學(xué)、有效的手段。 第三,目前我國勞教系統(tǒng)心理矯治工作的發(fā)展很不平衡,工作的質(zhì)量和水平還不十分理想,需要在實踐的過程中不斷加強,在心理矯治的組織機構(gòu)、專業(yè)隊伍以及矯治的正規(guī)化方面不斷取得新的進步。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, juvenile delinquency has become a hot issue in the whole society. Starting from the requirements of work practice, this paper analyzes the interaction of various factors affecting the illegal behavior of a minor criminal student by showing the family social background, life experience, illegal facts, psychological characteristics, and so on. This paper attempts to make use of the relevant techniques of psychological counseling to give them intervention and help, to seek beneficial intervention methods or techniques, and to put forward targeted suggestions for psychological correction workers in untaught places. This research takes the students of Henan Provincial Juvenile Reeducation through Labor Management Institute as the object, carries on the quantitative and qualitative analysis, and selects the case analysis method as the main research method. Through psychological correction of a student who was forced to undergo reeducation through labor because of theft, to alleviate his anxiety and correct his unreasonable cognition, at the same time, on the basis of this, to discuss the influence on the family and school of juvenile delinquency. Social and personal cognitive factors. Among them, free association technique, catharsis technique and rational emotional psychotherapy were used to correct the student's psychology. Finally, on the basis of analyzing the deficiency of the psychological correction of juvenile delinquency at present, this paper puts forward some superficial ideas in order to provide a beneficial exploration for the progress of psychological correction in untaught places. The results are as follows: first, the factors affecting juvenile delinquency are various. Family, school, society and minors themselves are the main causes of juvenile delinquency. The result of case analysis is consistent with the investigation of the whole untaught group in Henan Province. Second, psychological correction is one of the important ways to correct the wrong cognition, bad behavior habit, personality disorder and treatment of mental illness of the reeducation through labor personnel, and its role is more and more prominent in the place of reeducation through labor. It has become a new, scientific and effective means to save the reeducation through labor system. Third, at present, the development of psychological correction in our country's re-education through labor system is very uneven, the quality and level of the work are not very ideal, it needs to be continuously strengthened in the process of practice, and it needs to be strengthened in the organization of psychological correction. Professional teams and orthodontic regularization continue to make new progress.
