簽字筆墨水種類的儀器方法研究

【摘要】: 簽字筆是人們日常生活中最常用的筆種,判別由簽字筆墨水形成的合同,遺囑,契約等法律文件的真?zhèn)问欠ㄍヨb定中一個非常重要的課題,因此我們需要建立一種簡便、快速、準確的鑒定方法,來判別簽字筆墨水的類型、成分和形成字跡的真?zhèn)闻c異同。本文通過紫外可見分光光度法,薄層色譜法和高效液相色譜法對國內外生產(chǎn)的不同品牌的藍色簽字筆及紅色簽字筆墨水成分進行了系統(tǒng)的分類研究,通過用各種方法對墨水成分的分析和各類方法間的對比可以得到一個對簽字筆筆墨水較準確的分類,為將來數(shù)據(jù)庫的建立建立和對筆跡形成時間進一步的研究打下了堅實的基礎。 第一章緒論,介紹了近年來各種筆油墨的種類和研究字跡形成時間的各種儀器方法研究。 第二章介紹了用紫外可見分光光度法和薄層色譜法對藍色簽字筆墨水的分類研究,根據(jù)紫外圖峰位置和峰最大吸收波長的不同,利用該方法將46支藍色簽字筆墨水分為5類。并根據(jù)薄層色譜中斑點顏色不同和各色斑比移值的不同將藍色簽字筆墨水更加詳細的分為9類。 第三章介紹了用高效液相色譜法對藍色簽字筆墨水的分類研究,根據(jù)色譜峰的峰數(shù),保留時間及該峰紫外最大吸收波長將其分為9類,能夠與薄層色譜分類結果很好的對應。 第四章用紫外可見分光光度法對35支紅色簽字筆進行分類研究,根據(jù)紫外圖峰位置和峰最大吸收波長的不同利用該方法將其分為4類。 第五章用高效液相色譜法對紅色簽字筆墨水進行了分類研究,根據(jù)色譜峰的峰數(shù),保留時間及該峰紫外最大吸收波長將其分為11類,并且用外標法確認出其中一種常用染料為伊紅。
[Abstract]:The signature pen is the most commonly used pen in people's daily life. Judging the authenticity of legal documents such as contracts, wills, contracts and other legal documents formed by the ink of the pen is a very important subject in court appraisal. Therefore, we need to establish a simple and fast method. The accurate identification method to distinguish the type, composition and the authenticity and difference of the signature pen ink. In this paper, the components of blue and red signature pens produced at home and abroad were systematically classified and studied by ultraviolet visible spectrophotometry, thin layer chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography. By analyzing the composition of ink with various methods and comparing various methods, we can get a more accurate classification of the pen, and ink. It lays a solid foundation for the establishment of database and the further study of handwriting formation time in the future. The first chapter introduces the types of pen and ink in recent years and the research of instruments and methods to study the time of writing formation. In the second chapter, the classification of blue pen ink by UV-Vis spectrophotometry and thin-layer chromatography is introduced. According to the difference of peak position and maximum absorption wavelength, 46 blue pen inks are classified into five categories by this method. The blue pen ink is classified into 9 types in detail according to the difference of spot color and color spot specific shift value in TLC. In chapter 3, the classification of blue ink by HPLC is introduced. According to the peak number of chromatographic peak, retention time and the maximum absorption wavelength of this peak, the ink can be classified into 9 categories, which can correspond well with the classification results of TLC. In chapter 4, 35 red signature pens are classified by ultraviolet visible spectrophotometry and classified into four categories according to the position of UV peak and the maximum absorption wavelength. In chapter 5, the red pen ink was classified by high performance liquid chromatography. The ink was classified into 11 categories according to the peak number, retention time and maximum absorption wavelength of the peak. One of the commonly used dyes was identified as eosin by external standard method.
