【摘要】：長(zhǎng)期以來(lái),我國(guó)一直非常重視“三農(nóng)”問(wèn)題,在當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展、社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期,由傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)村向新農(nóng)村轉(zhuǎn)變過(guò)程中,農(nóng)民的思想和行為方式發(fā)生了深刻變化,伴隨著社會(huì)關(guān)系的變化,引發(fā)農(nóng)村社會(huì)治安呈現(xiàn)出復(fù)雜多變的態(tài)勢(shì)。 農(nóng)村常見(jiàn)的社會(huì)治安問(wèn)題仍然居高不下,新型違法犯罪不斷滲透,當(dāng)前社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期錯(cuò)綜復(fù)雜的社會(huì)問(wèn)題導(dǎo)致社會(huì)秩序出現(xiàn)危機(jī),影響農(nóng)村社會(huì)穩(wěn)定的治安問(wèn)題不斷演變。本文著重研究目前形勢(shì)下農(nóng)村出現(xiàn)違法犯罪的表現(xiàn)、原因及發(fā)展趨勢(shì),探尋治理農(nóng)村治安問(wèn)題的對(duì)策,通過(guò)進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)公民道德教育,創(chuàng)造良好的社會(huì)文化氛圍,又要在黨委政府的堅(jiān)強(qiáng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,各級(jí)公安機(jī)關(guān)進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)農(nóng)村警務(wù)室建設(shè),探索農(nóng)村社會(huì)治安綜合治理新辦法,不斷開(kāi)創(chuàng)農(nóng)村社會(huì)治安新局面,為建設(shè)社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村創(chuàng)造良好的外部環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:For a long time, China has attached great importance to the issue of "agriculture, countryside and farmers". During the period of rapid economic development and social transformation, the farmers' thinking and behavior have undergone profound changes in the process of transition from traditional rural areas to new rural areas. With the change of social relations, rural social security presents a complex and changeable situation. The common social security problems in rural areas are still high, the new type of illegal crimes continue to infiltrate, the complex social problems in the period of social transformation lead to the crisis of social order, which affects the stability of rural society. This paper focuses on the manifestations, causes and development trends of the illegal crimes in the countryside under the present situation, and explores the countermeasures to deal with the problems of rural public security. Through further strengthening the moral education of the citizens, we can create a good social and cultural atmosphere. Under the strong leadership of party committees and governments, public security organs at all levels should further strengthen the construction of rural police offices, explore new methods for comprehensive management of rural social security, and continuously open up a new situation of rural social security. To build a new socialist countryside to create a good external environment.
