【摘要】：出租屋管理模式可分為證照管理模式、目標責任制管理模式、等級管理模式、大綜合管理模式和運動式治理模式,各具管理上的優(yōu)勢及局限。出租屋管理存在基本信息不準確、管理對象不主動配合和管理主體未能形成合力等問題,應當理清思路,對出租屋管理制度進行重大變革。
[Abstract]:The management mode of rental housing can be divided into certificate management mode, target responsibility management model, hierarchical management model, large comprehensive management model and sports management mode, each has the advantages and limitations of management. There are some problems in the management of rental housing, such as inaccurate basic information, lack of active cooperation between the management objects and the failure of the main body of management to form a joint force, so we should clear out our thinking and carry out major changes in the management system of the rental housing.
