【摘要】：建立了唾液中鴉片類毒品嗎啡、可待因和6-單乙酰嗎啡的毛細管電泳pH酸修飾在線富集方法,并進行了方法學考察。100mmol/L的磷酸鹽緩沖液(含20%甲醇和5%異丙醇)作為背景緩沖液,10kV下電遷移進樣99s,然后電遷移(2kV,2s)引入一段100mmol/L的鹽酸區(qū)帶,最后施加25kV電壓進行分離檢測。3種毒品在20～1 000ng/mL范圍內(nèi)具有良好的線性關(guān)系,r為0.9934～0.9998,檢出限均為7ng/mL,相對標準偏差(RSD)19%(n=5)。該方法樣品前處理簡單,只需用甲醇稀釋樣品便可進樣分析,方法靈敏度較高、穩(wěn)定性較好,可用于生物檢材中痕量鴉片類毒品的檢驗。
[Abstract]:A method for on-line enrichment of opioid drugs morphine, codeine and 6-monoacetylmorphine in saliva by capillary electrophoresis with pH acid modification was established. The phosphate buffer of 100mmol/L (containing 20% methanol and 5% isopropanol) was used as the background buffer. The electromigration of 10kV was carried out for 99s, and then the electromigration (2kV / 2s) was introduced into the hydrochloric acid zone of 100mmol/L. Finally, the 25kV voltage was applied to separate the three drugs. The linear relationship of the three drugs was obtained in the range of 20 000ng/mL (r = 0.9934 鹵0.9998), the detection limit was 7ng / mL, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 19% (n ~ (5). The method is simple in sample pretreatment and can be analyzed by dilution of methanol. The method has high sensitivity and good stability. It can be used for the detection of trace opiates in biological samples.
