【摘要】：農(nóng)民環(huán)境抗?fàn)幯芯恳恢北?侵權(quán)—抗?fàn)?的邏輯框架,但這一邏輯框架忽視了農(nóng)民目標(biāo)取向的多面性和抗?fàn)幨录那榫承�。通過對大連"7·16"海洋溢油事件的研究我們發(fā)現(xiàn),農(nóng)民環(huán)境抗?fàn)幨录写嬖诰S權(quán)、謀利和正名三種目標(biāo)指向,分別旨在維護(hù)自身合法權(quán)益、騙取賠償款以及為草根動(dòng)員者自身恢復(fù)名譽(yù)。學(xué)界需要對"侵權(quán)—抗?fàn)?的邏輯框架、弱者身份與弱者標(biāo)簽以及媒體建構(gòu)與科學(xué)精神展開反思。當(dāng)前,環(huán)境抗?fàn)幊霈F(xiàn)了新態(tài)勢,我們稱之為混合型抗?fàn)?包括維權(quán)、謀利、正名、泄憤和湊熱鬧等目標(biāo)指向。社會(huì)的原子化和逐利心理、社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型加速期的社會(huì)矛盾和怨恨心理以及地方政府的"維穩(wěn)恐懼癥"是其產(chǎn)生的社會(huì)機(jī)制。混合型抗?fàn)幨菍Ξ?dāng)前抗?fàn)帉?shí)踐的理論歸納,有利于識別真正的受影響人群和區(qū)域,推動(dòng)社會(huì)治理。
[Abstract]:The study of farmers' environmental resistance has always adhered to the logical framework of "tort-protest", but this logical framework ignores the multi-sided orientation of farmers' goal orientation and the situational nature of protest events. Through the study of Dalian's "716" marine oil spill incident, we find that there are three objectives in the environmental protest of farmers, namely, safeguarding their rights, seeking profits and correcting their names, respectively, in order to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests. Defrauding compensation and restoring the reputation of the grassroots mobilizer. Academic circles need to reflect on the logical framework of "Tort-protest", the identity of the weak and the label of the weak, as well as the construction of media and the spirit of science. At present, there is a new trend in environmental protest, which we call mixed protest, including rights protection, profit seeking, reputation, anger and commotion, and so on. The atomization of society and the psychology of pursuing profit, the social contradiction and resentment in the accelerating period of social transformation and the "stability phobia" of the local government are the social mechanism. The mixed resistance is a theoretical summary of the current struggle practice, which is helpful to identify the real affected groups and regions and to promote social governance.
