【摘要】：應(yīng)用質(zhì)量變化法及固相微萃取-氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜法對人體氣味在一定空間內(nèi)的存留時(shí)間進(jìn)行了研究。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:在平均溫度為25℃,平均相對濕度為64%的房間內(nèi),人體氣味可存留至少60d,而且至少在20d內(nèi)人體氣味具有較好的質(zhì)的穩(wěn)定性。此外,借固相微萃取技術(shù)與氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用法相結(jié)合,檢測到人體氣味中常見的25種組分。
