【摘要】： 至20世紀(jì)90年代初,經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化已成世界不可逆轉(zhuǎn)的趨勢(shì),它已經(jīng)影響到全球幾乎所有的國(guó)家。與此同時(shí)自改革開放以來,中國(guó)即主動(dòng)參與國(guó)際分工成為全球經(jīng)濟(jì)中一員,特別是進(jìn)入21世紀(jì),中國(guó)入世以后,中國(guó)全方位深層次參與國(guó)際分工,在分享經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化所帶來的巨大收益的同時(shí),也產(chǎn)生了不同程度的社會(huì)各方面問題,某種程度上已經(jīng)危害了我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)安全、政治安全和文化安全。因而本文從國(guó)際分工的角度對(duì)我國(guó)國(guó)家安全的影響進(jìn)行闡述以及提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策。論文試圖將當(dāng)今發(fā)生在我國(guó)和發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家之間的國(guó)際分工的主要模式概括歸納起來,納入到國(guó)際分工對(duì)我國(guó)國(guó)家安全產(chǎn)生影響的模式之中,探討分工的四種主要模式分別對(duì)我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)安全、政治安全、文化安全的益處及危害,在此基礎(chǔ)上再?gòu)慕?jīng)濟(jì)、政治、文化三個(gè)方面提出我國(guó)參與國(guó)際分工中維護(hù)國(guó)家安全的對(duì)策。按照上面的思路,論文主要有以下五章構(gòu)成: 第一章是引言,這部分介紹論文選題的背景、關(guān)于國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)與國(guó)際安全的研究綜述、以及一些可能的創(chuàng)新之處,其目的在于對(duì)整篇論文的結(jié)構(gòu)和思想脈絡(luò)有一個(gè)基本的認(rèn)識(shí)。第二章是國(guó)際分工理論以及當(dāng)今國(guó)際分工主要模式的論述,這部分對(duì)國(guó)際分工的基本理論、歷史發(fā)展過程進(jìn)行了闡述以及分析,為后面詳細(xì)介紹當(dāng)今國(guó)際分工的主要模式對(duì)我國(guó)產(chǎn)生的影響做了理論鋪墊和知識(shí)準(zhǔn)備,為論文框架的建立奠定堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。 第三章是當(dāng)今國(guó)際分工對(duì)我國(guó)國(guó)家安全的影響的論述,這部分通過對(duì)典型案例的分析,分別討論當(dāng)今國(guó)際分工的主要四種模式對(duì)我國(guó)相關(guān)的國(guó)家安全(經(jīng)濟(jì)安全、政治安全、文化安全)帶來的積極和消極影響,從而揭示國(guó)際分工的各種模式所具有的特點(diǎn)。 第四章是我國(guó)參與國(guó)際分工中維護(hù)國(guó)家安全的對(duì)策研究,這部分在結(jié)合上面所分析出各主要模式對(duì)我國(guó)國(guó)家安全的利弊的基礎(chǔ)上,從經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、文化三個(gè)方面提出我國(guó)參與國(guó)際分工中維護(hù)國(guó)家安全的對(duì)策。在最后,對(duì)論文提出的一些重要的觀點(diǎn)進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:By the early 1990s, economic globalization has become an irreversible trend in the world, which has affected almost all countries in the world. At the same time, since the reform and opening up, China has taken the initiative to participate in the international division of labor and become a member of the global economy, especially in the 21st century. While sharing the huge benefits brought about by economic globalization, it has also produced various social problems to varying degrees. To some extent, it has damaged the economic security, political security and cultural security of our country. Therefore, this paper expounds the influence of China's national security from the angle of international division of labor and puts forward corresponding countermeasures. This paper attempts to generalize the main models of international division of labor between China and developed countries, and bring it into the model of the influence of international division of labor on China's national security. To explore the benefits and harm of the four main modes of division of labor to China's economic security, political security and cultural security respectively, and on this basis, from the economic and political perspectives, Three aspects of culture put forward China's participation in the international division of labor to maintain national security countermeasures. According to the above thinking, the thesis is composed of the following five chapters: the first chapter is the introduction, which introduces the background of the selected topic of the thesis, the summary of the research on international economy and international security, as well as some possible innovations. Its purpose is to have a basic understanding of the structure and ideological context of the whole paper. The second chapter is the international division of labor theory and the international division of labor of the main models of the exposition, this part of the international division of labor of the basic theory, historical development process are described and analyzed. This paper provides a theoretical basis and knowledge preparation for the detailed introduction of the influence of the current international division of labor on our country, and lays a solid foundation for the establishment of the framework of the thesis. The third chapter discusses the influence of international division of labor on China's national security. Through the analysis of typical cases, this part discusses the four main modes of international division of labor to China's relevant national security (economic security, political security, economic security, political security). The positive and negative effects of cultural security reveal the characteristics of various models of international division of labor. The fourth chapter is the research on the countermeasures of our country's participation in international division of labor to safeguard national security. This part analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each main mode to China's national security on the basis of the above analysis, from the economic, political, Three aspects of culture put forward China's participation in the international division of labor to maintain national security countermeasures. In the end, some important points raised in this paper are summarized.
