【摘要】： 對看守所在押未成年人的管教工作能否成功,取決于管教對象(在押未成年人)、管教內(nèi)容(對在押未成年人的日常管教)與管教主體(管教干警)三者之間能否良性互動,對每一個環(huán)節(jié)都應(yīng)當(dāng)展開仔細(xì)研究。應(yīng)當(dāng)在全面掌握在押未成年人的特點(diǎn)以及違法犯罪原因的基礎(chǔ)上,有針對性地對在押未成年人進(jìn)行管教。對在押未成年人的管教工作應(yīng)當(dāng)分為安全、教育、矯治三個層次;日常管教包括個別談話、基本管理、規(guī)范化訓(xùn)練、講評教育等內(nèi)容;在日常管教中,應(yīng)當(dāng)注意運(yùn)用道德教育、法制教育、優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化教育、心理健康教育等文化手段;對在押未成年人的違規(guī)行為要及時妥善作出處理。因為種種客觀原因,管教民警存在心理疲勞、職業(yè)懈怠現(xiàn)象,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對民警的心理健康知識普及,開展好心理咨詢;不同的管教民警形象對在押未成年人的影響是不同的,要樹立良好的管教民警形象;管教民警需要以積極的心態(tài)來進(jìn)行管教工作;應(yīng)當(dāng)允許在押人員相互之間的監(jiān)督、幫助、勸導(dǎo),允許成年在押人員在合理的范圍內(nèi),一定程度地參與在押未成年人管教工作,這是由未成年人的特點(diǎn)決定的�？傊�,如果管教對象、管教內(nèi)容與管教主體三者能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)良性互動,則對看守所在押未成年人的管教工作一定能夠取得成功。
[Abstract]:The success of correctional work for minors in detention centers depends on whether there is a positive interaction between the object of discipline (minors in custody), the content of discipline (the daily discipline of minors in custody) and the subject of discipline (correctional police). Every link should be carefully studied. On the basis of comprehensively mastering the characteristics of minors in detention and the causes of delinquency, we should discipline minors in custody. The correctional work of minors in custody should be divided into three levels: safety, education and correction, and daily discipline includes individual conversation, basic management, standardized training, evaluation and education, etc. In the daily discipline, we should pay attention to the use of moral education, legal education, excellent traditional culture education, mental health education and other cultural means. Due to various objective reasons, discipline police exist psychological fatigue, professional slack phenomenon, we should strengthen the psychological health knowledge of the police to popularize, develop a good psychological counseling; The influence of different police image on the minors in custody is different, it is necessary to establish a good image of the police, the police need to take a positive attitude to discipline; Prisoners should be allowed to supervise, help and persuade each other, and adult detainees should be allowed to participate in the correctional work of minors to a certain extent within a reasonable scope, which is determined by the characteristics of minors. In a word, if the object of discipline, the content of discipline and the subject of discipline can achieve positive interaction, the correctional work of minors in custody will be successful.
