文件物證中痕跡信息的應(yīng)用

【摘要】：能否準確地解讀文件物證中的各種痕跡信息,有時對鑒定結(jié)論的做出至關(guān)重要。作者總結(jié)檢案實踐,參考有關(guān)文獻,探討了文件物證中痕跡信息的應(yīng)用效果以及運用時需注意的問題。
[Abstract]:Whether the trace information in document evidence can be accurately interpreted is very important to the conclusion of identification. In this paper, the author summarizes the practice of examining the case, referring to the relevant documents, and discusses the application effect of trace information in the document material evidence and the problems needing attention in the application.
