【摘要】：目的:了解江蘇省2008年新型毒品"冰毒"的濫用流行情況。方法:采用國家藥物濫用監(jiān)測中心編制的《藥物濫用監(jiān)測調(diào)查表》,對2008年江蘇省戒毒機構(gòu)收治的和緝毒部門查獲的"冰毒"濫用者進行問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果:在1 029例"冰毒"濫用者中,男性占82.70%,女性占17.30%。平均年齡(29.73±7.32)歲,其中男性年齡(30.81±7.10)歲,女性(24.55±6.03)歲;男、女不同性別組的25歲以下年齡者分別占25.14%、65.73%,差異具有顯著性(P0.01)。藥物濫用者中初中及高中(中專/技校)文化程度者占79.01%,未婚者占52.58%,無業(yè)者占72.79%;男、女不同性別組娛樂場所從業(yè)人員分別占1.76%、16.85%,差異具有顯著性(P0.01)。"滿足好奇感"(64.92%)是濫用藥物的主要原因。"同伴提供"(65.60%)和"娛樂場所"(30.81%)是獲得"冰毒"的主要渠道,"暫住地/賓館/租住房"(51.41%)是濫用藥物的主要場所。52.28%的被調(diào)查者的平均月耗費在2 000～8 000元。64.33%"冰毒"濫用者為單一濫用者,濫用藥物方式主要為燙吸(85.23%)。結(jié)論:本地區(qū)"冰毒"濫用者具有較為明顯的人口學(xué)特征和藥物濫用行為特征。針對"冰毒"濫用現(xiàn)狀,需要加強對青少年(尤其女性)的預(yù)防教育工作,加強對"暫住地、賓館、租住房"和"娛樂場所"的管理。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the prevalence of meth abuse in Jiangsu Province in 2008. Methods: the questionnaire of drug abuse monitoring was compiled by the National Drug abuse Monitoring Center. The questionnaire was conducted among the "meth" abusers who were admitted to Jiangsu detoxification institutions in 2008 and seized by the anti-drug department. Results: of the 1,029 meth abusers, 82.70 were male and 17.30 were female. The average age was (29.73 鹵7.32) years, of which the male age was (30.81 鹵7.10) years, the female was (24.55 鹵6.03) years old; The percentage of male and female under 25 years of age was 25.14 and 65.73, respectively, with significant difference (P0.01). Among the drug abusers, 79.01 were middle school and high school (secondary / technical school), 52.58 were unmarried, 72.79 were unemployed; The number of entertainment employees in different sex groups was 1.76 or 16.85, the difference was significant (P0.01). " Satisfaction with curiosity "(64.92%) is the main cause of drug abuse." Peer offers (65.60%) and "places of entertainment" (30.81%) were the main sources of access to "meth", "temporary accommodation / guesthouse / rental housing" (51.41%) was the main place of drug abuse. 52.28% of the respondents spent an average of 2,000 RMB 8,000 yuan per month. 64.33% of the "meth" abusers were single abusers. The main form of drug abuse was scalding (85.23%). Conclusion: the demographics and drug abuse behaviors of meth abusers in this area are obvious. In view of the current situation of "meth" abuse, it is necessary to strengthen the prevention and education of teenagers (especially women), and strengthen the management of "temporary places, hotels, rented houses" and "places of entertainment".
