【摘要】：隨著時(shí)代的飛速發(fā)展,警察的職業(yè)角色定位也需要隨之發(fā)生相應(yīng)的轉(zhuǎn)變,對(duì)警察職業(yè)素質(zhì)及能力的培養(yǎng)與提高提出了新的更高要求,現(xiàn)階段這已經(jīng)成為公安機(jī)關(guān)的一個(gè)緊迫且重要的任務(wù)。本文從時(shí)代對(duì)警察素質(zhì)的要求出發(fā),分析警察職業(yè)素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀及問題,并就培養(yǎng)與提高警察職業(yè)素質(zhì)提出行之有效的對(duì)策,期待能夠?yàn)楫?dāng)前我國警察職業(yè)素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的改革提供有價(jià)值的參考,以服務(wù)政府決策,服務(wù)警務(wù)實(shí)戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the times, the professional role orientation of the police also needs to be changed accordingly, which puts forward new and higher requirements for the training and improvement of the professional quality and ability of the police. At present, this has become an urgent and important task for public security organs. Starting from the requirements of the times for the quality of the police, this paper analyzes the present situation and problems of the training of the professional qualities of the police, and puts forward some effective countermeasures for the cultivation and improvement of the professional qualities of the police. It is expected that it can provide valuable reference for the reform of police professional quality training in our country, so as to serve the government decision-making and serve the actual combat of police service.
