【摘要】：正在刑事、民事等案件中,經(jīng)常需要對涉案房地產(chǎn)進行價格鑒證。如何做好涉案房地產(chǎn)價格鑒證,筆者認為關(guān)鍵是價格鑒證方法的靈活應(yīng)用。本文對涉案房地產(chǎn)價格鑒證的基本方法進行了說明,并依據(jù)涉案房地產(chǎn)的性質(zhì)、特點及價格鑒證目的,對涉案房地產(chǎn)價格鑒證方法的應(yīng)用作了探討。
[Abstract]:In criminal, civil and other cases, the real estate involved is often subject to price verification. How to do a good job in real estate price identification, the author believes that the key is the flexible application of price authentication methods. This paper explains the basic methods of the real estate price identification, and discusses the application of the real estate price identification method according to the nature, characteristics and purpose of the real estate price identification.
