【摘要】：目的建立全血中氯霉素的固相萃取方法。方法在空白血中添加標(biāo)準(zhǔn)氯毒素,采用HLB、MCX固相柱萃取,HPLC法測(cè)定了線性范圍、精密度、回收率。結(jié)果回收率分別為:HLB為69.1%,RSD為6.21%,MCX為70.1%,RSD為4.34%。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工作曲線Y=18.1094X-0.4822,相關(guān)系數(shù)r=0.9999,線性范圍1.0~20.0ug/L,最小檢出量3ng。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)添加工作曲線Y=-2.1165X+14.0459,相關(guān)系數(shù)r=0.9996,最小檢出限0.5μg/mL(S/N=10∶1)。結(jié)論此二種萃取柱均可用于氯霉素的固相萃取。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a solid phase extraction method for chloramphenicol in whole blood. Methods the standard chlorine toxin was added to the blank blood. The linear range, precision and recovery were determined by HLB,MCX solid phase column extraction. Results the recoveries were 69.1%, 6.21%, 70.1% and 4.34%, respectively. The standard working curve was 18.1094 X-0.4822, the correlation coefficient was 0.9999, the linear range was 1.0 ~ 20.0ugr / L, and the minimum detectable amount was 3ng. The standard added working curve was Y ~ (-2.1165) X 14.0459, the correlation coefficient was 0.9996, and the minimum detection limit was 0.5 渭 g/mL (S/N=10:1). Conclusion these two extraction columns can be used for solid phase extraction of chloramphenicol.
