【摘要】：為實現(xiàn)電信詐騙案件的智能分析和處理,提出一種基于本體的電信詐騙分析知識庫模型。通過對各種電信詐騙案件的分析,歸納出此類案件的主要實施手段和特點;利用知識庫和知識模型等相關(guān)理論及方法,定義電信詐騙案件的形式化表示,包括對案件4個要素的形式化描述;結(jié)合本體論,利用知識共享工具本體,構(gòu)建一個基于本體的可共享、可擴(kuò)展的電信詐騙案件分析知識庫模型。通過一個電信詐騙案件的實例,驗證了該模型在電信詐騙案件分析應(yīng)用中的有效性。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the intelligent analysis and processing of telecom fraud cases, an ontology based telecom fraud analysis knowledge base model is proposed. Through the analysis of various telecom fraud cases, the main implementation methods and characteristics of such cases are summed up, and the formal representation of telecom fraud cases is defined by using knowledge base and knowledge model and other relevant theories and methods. It includes formal description of the four elements of the case, combining ontology, using knowledge sharing tool ontology, to construct an ontology based shared and extensible knowledge base model for telecom fraud case analysis. The effectiveness of this model in the analysis of telecom fraud cases is verified by an example of telecom fraud cases.
