【摘要】：目的:應(yīng)用放射影像學(xué)資料對(duì)不明身份個(gè)體進(jìn)行性別判定是法醫(yī)學(xué)研究的重要內(nèi)容。額竇由于其獨(dú)特的解剖學(xué)特點(diǎn)以及其高度的個(gè)體差異,已成為法醫(yī)學(xué)進(jìn)行個(gè)體識(shí)別的重要研究對(duì)象,但應(yīng)用額竇相關(guān)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行性別判定的研究國(guó)內(nèi)外還鮮有報(bào)道。因此本研究旨在通過測(cè)量分析新疆漢族成人頭顱側(cè)位片中額竇影像的相關(guān)指標(biāo)以獲得一種新的性別判定方法,為新疆地區(qū)牙科法醫(yī)學(xué)或考古學(xué)等領(lǐng)域提供更為可靠的的理論基礎(chǔ)。方法:本研究以新疆地區(qū)475位正常漢族成年個(gè)體的頭顱側(cè)位片為研究對(duì)象(男246,女229),應(yīng)用專業(yè)的測(cè)量軟件—NemoCeph NX。測(cè)量出每一張頭顱側(cè)位片中額竇的最大高度與最大深度,計(jì)算出額竇指數(shù)(FSI)(額竇最大高度與最大深度的比值);描畫出頭顱側(cè)位片中額竇影像的最大邊界,計(jì)算出額竇面積(FSA),將以上數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果:通過Fisher判別分析方法,得出:應(yīng)用頭顱側(cè)位片中FSI與FSA為研究指標(biāo)對(duì)成年個(gè)體性別進(jìn)行判別,其正確判別率為76.6%。結(jié)論:本研究得出:應(yīng)用成年個(gè)體FSI與FSA為研究指標(biāo)可以獲得準(zhǔn)確率較高的性別推斷。因此,在法醫(yī)學(xué)、考古學(xué)等領(lǐng)域中應(yīng)用其他研究方法無法正確識(shí)別個(gè)性別時(shí),應(yīng)用死者頭顱側(cè)位片中FSI與FSA可以輔助研究者對(duì)個(gè)體性別做出推斷。
[Abstract]:Objective: to use radiographic data to determine the sex of unidentified individuals is an important part of forensic research. Due to its unique anatomical characteristics and high individual differences, frontal sinus has become an important object of forensic individual identification. However, there are few reports at home and abroad on the application of frontal sinus related indicators to gender determination. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to obtain a new method of sex determination by measuring and analyzing the related indexes of frontal sinus images in lateral head images of Han nationality adults in Xinjiang. To provide a more reliable theoretical basis for dental forensic medicine or archaeology in Xinjiang. Methods: in this study, the lateral cephalic radiographs of 475 normal adults of Han nationality in Xinjiang were studied (male 246, female 229), and the professional measurement software-NemoCJoseph NX. was used. The maximum height and depth of frontal sinus were measured in each lateral cephalic image, and the ratio of maximum height to maximum depth of frontal sinus index (FSI) () was calculated. The area of frontal sinus was calculated and analyzed by (FSA),. Results: by means of Fisher discriminant analysis, it was concluded that FSI and FSA in lateral cephalic radiography were used to judge the sex of adult individuals, and the correct discriminant rate was 76. 6%. Conclusion: using adult individuals FSI and FSA as research indexes can obtain higher accuracy of sex inference. Therefore, when other research methods in forensic science, archaeology and other fields can not correctly identify the gender, the use of FSI and FSA in lateral radiographs of the deceased can assist researchers to infer the individual sex.
